So what CAN we control right now?
Start with Nutrition. Are you eating healthy balanced meals with a good portion of live foods? Minimise sugar intake, unhealthy fats and processed foods. What you eat has a significant impact on your energy levels and your health.
Posture. How is your posture? Are you bent over working on a computer or messaging on your phone? Your posture affects your physiology and your emotional state.
Exercise. Are you exercising daily or at least five times per week?
Move in ways that are joyful to you. For example, walk in the sunshine, dance, do yoga, or whatever it is you enjoy.
Hydration. Get into the habit of drinking 1-3 litres of water daily to hydrate your cells.
Limit your screen time. Negative news lowers your energy vibration and can lead to low moods. Instead, watch positive, uplifting videos or webinars and listen to inspiring podcasts. Keep your vibration high and focus on how you want your life to be.
Clear any emotional issues. What’s in the way of your inner peace? Get support in clearing what’s stopping you from happiness, joy, prosperity and calmness. For example, when you eat well, exercise and do something you enjoy each day, it affects your physiology and your emotional state.
Meditate. This is a beautiful practice to calm to mind and body. Allow 10 to 20 minutes per day to sit in a quiet spot and focus on your breath.
Breathe: Your breath is your life force. Deep breaths energise and calm you.
Connect. Call a few people every day to ensure they are OK. Focusing on how others are doing helps put your challenges into perspective. You will also feel great being of service to others.
Control your focus. Remember your PURPOSE and VISION for your life. Continue to focus on what you want. If you have a vision board make sure you look at it daily. Write your goals down and visualise achieving them for a few minutes each day.
Be empowered. Remember your inner power and how resilient you are. Do what’s right for you.
Gratitude. Write 3 things you are grateful for every day. This is easy to do 1st thing in the morning or last thing at night. And remember what you focus on expands.
Choose. Even though it may not feel like you have choices, you do. What are you choosing to feed your body and nurture your soul with? What are you watching on TV or social media? Is it uplifting or negative?
What are you choosing to focus on every day? Remember to live the life you choose to with who you want.
Intuition. Trust your instincts they will not lead you astray.
Believe in yourself. We believe in you. You are stronger and more capable than you realise. You are way more than you think you are.
Fear, uncertainty, and doubt are more prevalent now.
